1. Professional Boundaries
Our consultations and digital tools provide spiritual guidance. They are not a replacement for medical, legal, or financial advice from licensed professionals.
Refund Policy
At AstroGuru, we strive to ensure every seeker connects with their guide. Our refund guidelines are as follows:
✦ Failure to Schedule: If we are unable to schedule your consultation within 24 hours of your payment, you are eligible for a full refund upon request.
✦ Technical Issues: If a technical glitch on our platform prevents a session from occurring, we will either reschedule the call or provide a full refund.
✦ User No-Show: If a user fails to join the scheduled call without 4 hours' prior notice, the session will be considered "completed" and no refund will be issued.
✦ Completed Readings: Due to the spiritual and personalized nature of our services, refunds are not provided once a consultation has been conducted or a digital report has been generated.
✦ Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method (Razorpay) within 5–7 business days.
